Job Description

The Crew Foreman Leads crews of up to 4 on the construction and implementation, site upgrades, antenna change outs etc. of cell, microwave, broadcast, lighting systems and other towers.
Job Summary:
 The Tower Construction Crew Foreman is responsible for the management of up to three (3) construction/tower crews and provides supervision of the on-site construction crew members.
 Tower Foreman Responsibilities include directing the completion of assigned projects, coordinating with area offices & suppliers, maintaining safe worksites & continuously train all crew members. 
Foreman candidates must be able to oversee and maintain all vehicles and equipment to ensure that they are in good working order. This particular foreman position performs tower construction work from time to time.

Tower Crew Foreman Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and implement project schedule for specific geographic/market area
  • Track and report project dates, status and actions weekly
  • Coordinate site walks
  • Work as a liaison between regional network, market teams, vendors and all HQ organizations
  • Resolve conflicts as necessary for project completion
  • Perform the primary role of single point of contact for the project team during all project phases
  • Oversee construction services: Telco, Basic Construction, EOM vendor equipment requirements, AC & DC Power, Towers, Lines and Antennas
