Reed hat engineer salary and employeement

The red hat engineer salary  Salary of an Employee holding Red Hat Certified Architect varies from 3 Lakh to 15 Lakh per anum in Organizations having Offices in India. The Certification doesn't play that important role in Salary, it just helps the Employer to identify your skills.

While working in Red Hat, have seen Seniors who are just RHCE are earning more than 10 Lakh INR per anum whereas freshers (or Interns) who are RHCA earning 15k INR per month. Full time new Joinee Fresher may get Salary ranging from 3.0 to 4.0 Lakh per anum (Industry Standards you know). So don't trust anyone saying that fresher RHCA will get 10 Lakh/20 Lakh package (until and unless you have other skills like IIT pass-out and Strong Developer Skills :D), they are either ignorant or they are trying to get you enrolled in their institute for courses! I don't know about Jobs outside India, so won't comment on that.

Long Story short :
The RHCA certification won't guarantee you the highest Salary as a fresher/experienced, your knowledge, years of Experience & previous Employer's Salary will play important roles in here.

I won't be able to disclose my Salary here but I would give you a clue that RHCA didn't play that important role in all the hikes I got.

The main difference between the RHCEs and the RHCSAs was speed. The test required a lot of work to be done fast and without error. I still supervise and work with hands-on admins, and I think if you’ve been working on it and do some studying you’ll have no trouble with RHCSA.

They actually put us under NDA for the exam so I can’t talk about what was that old one, but it’s pretty well documented what the required skills are, so just make sure you’re fresh and are ready to troubleshoot and build cleanly and quickly.
